Trying to be a healthy drummer is should be a number one priority
for many reasons. Health is often taken for granted until it starts
to become not so great. Not only is your drumming directly affected
by your health but also every aspect of your life.
You may be on your way to fame and fortune, have a great gig or band, or just love playing the drums. However, if your health starts to decline so does enjoyment of all the things you love, including music.
